Ring or text (604) 632-4959, or write to Ali@Sedighi.ca; any of the three gets a Coquitlam owner a real answer. We work Mon–Fri 9–6 Pacific. We usually reply within one business day, and you'll be speaking with the person who will plan your account.
What happens next
You reach out
Call, text or email with a line about your business.
We reply
Usually within one business day, on the channel you chose.
You talk to a senior strategist
A focused conversation about your goals, market and numbers.
Three ways to reach us
Every channel reaches the same small team. Pick the one that fits your day.
- Call if you'd like to talk it through now. If we miss you, leave a short message with your trade and a good time to call back.
- Text if you're on a roof, under a sink or between appointments. Send your trade and area. That short text is enough; we'll take it from there.
- Email if you want to attach job lists, past reports or screenshots of your current ads.
Tap a Call, Text or Email button anywhere on this site and your own phone or inbox takes over. No fields, no waiting for a reply page.
What to include in your first message
The more of this you can share, the more useful the first conversation will be. Rough figures are fine.
- What you do, plus the two or three services you'd most like to sell more of.
- The parts of Coquitlam you serve, and any neighbouring cities. See our areas page if it helps to name districts.
- A typical job value and roughly how many enquiries turn into paid work.
- What you've tried before, including agencies, ads or directories, and what happened.
- How much more work you can take on in the next three months.
A template you can copy
Hi, I run [Business name], a [trade] business serving [neighbourhoods or cities]. Most jobs are worth about [$ amount] and we close roughly [number] out of 10 enquiries. We'd like more [service] work. We've tried [past marketing] and [result]. Best time to reach me is [time]. My number is [phone].
Adjust it however you like. A single line saying "plumber in Coquitlam, want more calls, call me after 4" is enough to start.
What happens next
Here's how a typical first week goes:
- We reply within one business day to set a time to talk.
- The first conversation takes about 30 minutes. We ask about your numbers, your area and your capacity, and you ask whatever you want.
- We send a one-page summary covering what we'd do, what it would cost under our pricing, and the cost-per-lead ceiling we'd work to.
- You decide. If you go ahead, we start with tracking and an audit. If you don't, the summary is yours to keep.
We'll also tell you if we think marketing isn't the right move yet. Sometimes the better first step is raising prices, fixing how calls are answered, or hiring before adding demand.
Before you get in touch
A few things that save time on both sides:
- We're a marketing and consulting service, not a contractor. If you need a repair or installation at your home, contact a licensed local trade directly.
- We don't buy or resell leads, so we can't send you "ready customers" next week.
- If you're unsure what to ask, the FAQ covers contracts, ownership and reporting, and the services hub explains each service.
If you're comparing several marketing companies
That's sensible, and we'd encourage it. To make the comparison fair, ask every company the same questions: who owns the accounts, what the monthly report leads with, what happens if you cancel, and what the highest acceptable cost per lead would be for your business. Send us your shortlist questions in your first message if you like, and we'll answer them in writing so you can line our answers up against the others.
If you've been burned before, tell us what went wrong. It helps us avoid repeating it, and it often points straight at the fix.
Who you'll be speaking with
CoquitlamMarketing.ca is part of the Sedighi.ca and SAZ.ca group, headquartered in Vancouver, BC, and led by Ali Sedighi, MBA. We don't keep a Coquitlam office and won't pretend to; our work happens in your search profile, ad accounts and website, and we consult by video call or in person as well as by phone. Learn more on the about page, then call, text or email when you're ready.
Frequently asked questions
Is the first conversation free?
Yes. Eligible trades businesses get a free 30-minute consultation with no obligation. If marketing spend doesn't make sense for you yet, we'll say so.
Should I call or text?
Whichever suits you. Texting works well if you're on a job site; we'll reply and set a time to talk. Email is best if you want to send job lists or reports.
Do I need to prepare anything?
No, but a few numbers help: your average job value, roughly how many leads become jobs, and which Coquitlam neighbourhoods you serve. Even rough guesses are useful.
Will you share my information?
No. We use your details only to reply to you, and we only email people who contact us first.
