Written by Ali Sedighi, MBALast updated:

CoquitlamMarketing.ca exists to give Coquitlam trades and local businesses the kind of marketing planning that's usually reserved for much larger companies: clear numbers, honest reporting and a plan built around the city as it actually is. We market and advise; we never install, repair or service anything.

The company behind the site

CoquitlamMarketing.ca is part of the Sedighi.ca and SAZ.ca group of companies, a Canadian business headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia.

  • Sedighi.ca is the growth, marketing and technology consultancy Ali Sedighi built. Its brand family takes in HVAC.Agency and HVAC.Digital on the heating side, Trades.Agency for the wider trades, plus BusinessConsulting.ca and Conv.ca.
  • SAZ.ca, short for Strategy & Acceleration Zone, is the Canadian firm Ali Sedighi founded to advise on strategy, AI and faster revenue growth; Sedighi.ca provides its strategic leadership.
  • Trades.Agency is the group's marketing service for trades and home-service businesses across Canada. CoquitlamMarketing.ca applies that work to one city, with local planning and local examples.

We are a marketing and consulting business. We don't quote jobs, hold trade licences, dispatch crews or resell leads to competing companies. When a Coquitlam homeowner calls a number from one of our campaigns, they reach you.

Ali Sedighi, MBA

Ali Sedighi leads the group and is accountable for the strategy on every account.

  • MBA in Technology Management.
  • 17+ years of marketing experience. His first company, the full-service agency ONE.ir, opened in 2007.
  • Founded Conv.ca, which specialises in conversion-rate optimisation, and MyAutomation.ca. At SAZ.ca he is Founder & Managing Partner.
  • 150+ live HVAC websites built, including CombiBoiler.ca, GasBoilers.ca, BCWide.ca and CanroHeat.ca.
  • Clients in Canada, the USA and Dubai.

He lives and works in Vancouver, close enough to know that a job in Burke Mountain and one in Maillardville are different days for a crew.

How we work

We start with your numbers

Before we suggest a channel, we ask what a typical job is worth, what share of leads you close and how much more work you can take on. Those three figures decide the budget, the cost-per-lead ceiling and whether advertising makes sense at all. Our guide to lead value shows the method.

We plan by district

Coquitlam isn't one market. Established streets in the southwest, towers near the SkyTrain stations and new homes on Burke Mountain each need different messages. The areas page explains how we split the city.

We report what matters

Monthly reports lead with calls, texts, emails and, where you share them, booked jobs and cost per job. Rankings and clicks are background detail.

You own everything

Ad accounts, your Google Business Profile, website files, domains and tracking numbers are registered to your business. If you leave, you take them with you.

No lock-in

Plans run month to month with 30 days' notice. Annual billing is available at a lower monthly rate if you want it, but it's your choice.

Why our proof comes from HVAC

The group built its track record with heating and cooling companies, and we label those numbers clearly as results from our HVAC work. BCWide.ca tripled its leads in 90 days, and CanroHeat.ca grew leads 250%. We don't claim these as plumbing, landscaping or retail results. What transfers to your business is the discipline behind them, explained on the results page.

Why a Coquitlam-specific site

A Coquitlam owner deserves advice that starts from Coquitlam. National marketing advice tends to assume one city looks like another, and that's rarely true here. Within a fifteen-minute drive you can go from a 1960s rancher needing a sewer lateral replacement to a tower suite where the strata controls the plumbing, to a house on Smiling Creek whose owners got their keys last month.

Keeping a separate site lets us write about those differences properly: which districts to prioritise for which trades, how the City's area plans shape demand, and when a second language belongs in your campaigns. It also keeps the advice honest. Every example on this site should make sense to someone who actually works in the Tri-Cities, and if it doesn't, we'd like to hear about it.

What we won't do

  • promise rankings, lead counts or a set return
  • write fake reviews or buy them
  • invent a Coquitlam address for your profile or ours
  • lock you into a long contract
  • hand your account to someone you've never spoken with

Frequently asked questions

Who will actually work on our account?

Your plan is set and overseen by a senior strategist, with Ali Sedighi accountable for the work. You won't be passed to an anonymous account rep after signing.

Are you part of a bigger company?

Yes. CoquitlamMarketing.ca belongs to the Sedighi.ca and SAZ.ca group of companies. Trades marketing in the group runs under Trades.Agency, and this site focuses that work on Coquitlam.

Do you work with businesses outside Coquitlam?

The group works with clients across Canada. This site exists for Coquitlam and its immediate neighbours, so the advice and examples here are local.

Why should we trust a marketing company with no Coquitlam office?

Because we don't pretend otherwise. We're a Vancouver-based team, a short drive away, and everything we say about results links to a live website you can check.
